Ink Music is an
education organisation that seeks to partner with schools to help develop and enhance their current music programs.
Our Vision
To develop in students a life-long love for music that will form the foundations for success, not only in their schooling lives but into their adult years as well.
Being a strong advocate for Christian schools, we are also keen to grow the next generation of Christian musicians. We believe both church and school can benefit from this program, as students will have the opportunity to use their new musical gifts by participating in their school and church worship bands.
Why in school music?
We at Ink Music are keen to support and grow musicology in Christian Schools for a number of reasons. Recent studies have shown a musical culture in schools can greatly benefit a student’s academic studies. Learning an instrument during childhood can assist in the development of reading and literary skills, spatial-temporal reasoning, mathematics, and emotional intelligence.

Services
From individual tuition to orchestral arrangements, we offer a variety of music programs to grow your school.
Each of our school programs are personally tailored to your school and students in order that the child's opportunities to grow are intentionally optimised to the individual.
Private music tuition
Granting a child the opportunity to learn an instrument allows them to extend their competencies and broadens their avenues for success. Ink Music offers school private tuition and has sourced a range of accredited and experienced peripatetic music tutors. The instruments on offer include: acoustic, electric and bass guitar, drums, flute, piano/keyboard, saxophone, voice and violin.
Band and orchestra
In addition to private music tuition, students can broaden their musical skills by joining the school band or orchestra. This opportunity will ensure students are able to maximise their learning experience and the enjoyment that comes from learning an instrument.
Recitals and performances
Recitals and performances are a key component in the development of students musicality, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase their hard work and achievement. Ink music works closely with schools to arrange individual, band and orchestra performances at important events and/or presentations.
Implementation and administration
For many schools implementing a comprehensive music program can be a daunting and unsettling task; placing unnecessary stress on staff and financial pressures on the school. To solve this, Ink Music assumes much of the responsibility associated with implementing such a program allowing staff to concentrate on the classroom.
Northcross Christian School
Ink Music provides in school private music tuition as well as band and orchestra programs for students at Northcross Christian School.
